On November 16, the delegation visited the Kalinga Bharati Institute (KIIMS), where a formal memorandum of understanding was signed with North Seattle Community College.
The curtain is unveiled for the ceremonial plaque permanently
commemorating the visit by the lieutenant governor and the
WASITRAC delegation at the Kushagra Intitute of Information
Management and Sciences (KIIMS).

The lieutenant governor's overseas missions are based on requests received by his office, must meet a strict set of criteria, and are made at minimal or no taxpayer expense.
